Japanese Bobtails are a breed we just recently fell in love with. It only took one.
Her name is Dexie, otherwise known as
Benhana Yum-Yum of Imagine LTD.
We soon discovered you can't have just one!

These devils are playful and demon possessed. But they capture your heart immediately!

"Dexie" is a Mi-Ke Japanese Bobtail and our first venture into this breed. Our thanks to our dear friend Dawn Benaim of Benhana cattery for letting Dexie come share our home!

Dexie was awarded Best Allbreed kitten
 in a class of 84 kittens! She topped that with
three Top Ten finals as an Open! She finished the 2009-2010 season as the Great Lakes Region's Best JBT kitten and third best adult with limited showing.

Dexie decided she would rather be a mother than a show cat. We had a meeting and agreed.

Dexie will be at the shows soon to complete her Grand Championship!
Our dear friend Dawn Benaim of Benhana Cattery in Canada recently offered us our choice of two litter sisters. One was a Black & White named Chloe. The other was an odd-eyed Red Tabby & White named Fergie.

We spent the entire weekend with them trying to decide and we couldn't make up our minds.

Dawn, being the wonderful friend and breeder that she is, told us to take both home.

So we now share our home with the quiet and loving Chloe (left) and the
wonderful tomboy Fergie (right).

Chloe is now a Grand Champion and (hopefully) pregnant with babies by Kenshin. Fergie is busy working on her Grand Championship!
Chloe's show career has gotten off to a wonderful start! After receiving Best Allbreed Kitten awards, she was called back for four of the six finals as an open!
